I have been holding out hope that some of his other scores might be released by Intrada someday... particularly the soundtracks for the Dexter Riley films.
Thanks. I know that some of those Disney "soundtrack" albums could sound radically different than what was heard in the film. Aside from the fact that Bobby Darin has been replaced by Louis Prima on the title tune, does the rest of the album sound reasonably like the Mancini-ish music heard in the film?
Let's clarify this as someone is sure to make the same mistake I nearly did. This composer Bob Brunner (1938 - 2009) is NOT the same Bob Brunner (1934 - 2012) who was a Writer/Producer on the classic Garry Marshall-created "Happy Days" TV series of the 1970s.
It seems the former Bob was christened Robert F. Brunner and the second Bob's credit on HD was sometimes listed as Bob W. Brunner.
