Hi from Germany (and sorry for my not so good english... ),
I´m still waiting for my Beastmaster-CD I ordered from Quartet Records. It has been shipped on Dec. 14th and is still in Spain (checked that via tracking nr.). I contacted Quartet twice, the first time one week ago, the second time on last Sunday. Til today I got no response.
Any chance your shipment might be delayed due to some customs payment? Did you ordered Beastmaster only or with something else? If the package was large, it might got delayed because of that. It happened to me with deliveries from US.
No problems with this label in my case. I ordered "A passage to India" with some others on Jan 2nd and the CDs arrived yesterday to Madrid.
I can only recommend to write them again to info@quartetrecords.com and through the contact form in their website.
Sometimes not so easy to contact them. I only got a rsponse when i discussed my delivery problem here on the board although i tried to contact them before via mail. Got a replacement CD delivered by FedEx. Good Service but the communication isn´t as well.

yep. no point in the 'contact us'- as they wont. Either fix the website or just disable it. I had an issue trying to place an order from them and had t o revert to SAE to make my order instead.

I ordered from them myself, and mine shipped around the same time and arrived on the 22nd-23rd of Dec (I was in England at the time). Sorry to hear yours has gone astray. I have no experience dealing with Quartet beyond the responses in this forum.
To the person asking if it was stuck in customs, it shouldn't be as it's going from Spain to Germany.
Sorry to hear this. Usually, we try to answer the emails as quickly as possible (but, please note that our time is different, because we are in Europe). It seems that we have an ETERNAL problem with the mailbox Contact Form, and lots of the emails that we receive are considered trash by the server, and also many of our responses. Really unfortunate and weird. Our webmaster is working now to try to fix this problem once again.
