Merry Christmas to all, from warm and sunny San Diego, California. I took this photo today at Ocean Beach, where they transplanted this tree for the season. My five-year old daughter is standing in front of the tree and waving, and yes, those ornaments are actually beach balls.

My daughter lived in Santa Barbara in 2010/11 as her boyfriend worked in the wine industry and she sent us lots of pictures from right up the coast of California. She was there during those dreadful wildfires you had!! Best wishes, Regie
