No not franz liszt or blacklist, plain list 
Check the date on the newyorker, I sincerely saw this in the paper and thought it would be relevant given how many top 10, favorite lists are posted on this board. You, however, saw it is another attack where there is none, which is why I suggest you bring that up on your next shrink visit.
By the way, I happen to see Troll Hunter last weekend, now before you think that's a reaction to you or your thread, just want to say I will be posting my thoughts on it in the "what's the last movie you watched" thread so don't get your panties in a bunch over it ok?
I'm starting to like this troll in pony clothing!

5. Lists make us happy. Because they are concise, we know it wont take long for us to process them, which apparently creates a sense of satisfaction when doing so.
The same reason why conspiracy theories are so popular with the simple-minded.

oh yes, more than any other forum in the known universe, we love a list.
Even if an op asks for 1 choice, it isnt long before someone posts a top 3. Soon that becomes 5 and then a few posts later we are doing top tens!! We are unstoppable....! And if someone asks for a top ten, hell, we can easily twist that into top 20, no trouble!! Ha ha

There are a number of things wrong with this post. What better way to outline them than to do so in list form!
1) You seemingly can't make a case for yourself without resorting to ad hominems: "your next shrink visit", "troll / Troll Hunter", & "don't get your panties in a bunch". Just remember that you're quoted on record for saying this: "I've only seen him post to stir the pot".
2) "before you think that's a reaction to you" - your entire post is a reaction directly at me, and yet you're telling me it's somehow... not?
3) "don't get your panties in a bunch" - having the commonplace patriarchal view that women are less worthy than men, thus proving yourself as misogynist by default. Congratulations?
4) Responding with vitriol / ad hominems to a painfully obvious joke post. Perhaps you ought to get your sarcasm detector fixed upon your next shrink visit if a couple of images from Google offends you so much. Or - a better alternative - log off the internet and never display your blatant misogyny again. Or - better yet - turn off the de-humanizing blood and gore horror porn and start watching a show that could teach you some morals about basic human decency.

YES. About two or three weeks ago I was sitting in the train headed to friends on the belgian coast to spend the weekend, you know those physicals beings you interact with outside of the internet? I picked up a 'metro' newspaper, they are free and people leave hem around on the train all the time. I browsed through it and found this article on lists. I tore it out because I knew it could be fun posting it here because I know they get criticized on this board (favorite scores, etc.). I already tossed it in the garbage bin else I'd post a picture of it, I can't find an online article of it, only one that quotes them as source (metro), whereas the metro article used the newyorker one I put in my original post as source and people here to read in english. You are not on my radar other than the times I see threads get locked because you get into it with others. I want to stress I only comment on your weird behavior in your weird threads (and in the troll thread it was because of your pitiful attack towards Michael), I don't actively seek you out like you apparently do with others and you have been doing so a lot recently, getting more and more threads locked or derailed. Again, I suspect to fuel your FB page in order for you to become a wining blogger celeb once you post your mighty martin luther wanna be king struggle on one of those teeny issue sites. That last sentence just now, you can quote me on.

In other words start watching My Little Pony? I can only conclude by your obsessive behavior that's your one and only example of such a show and I'm sorry to say I'm not a fan. I do like X-men, Real Ghostbusters, Thundercats and G.I. Joe, and don't look for them teach me anything. Though I will say the G.I. Joe PSA clips are funny. I also like manga, you should try it out sometime! I don't however believe that I should get my values and moral from cartoon/tv shows, I get them from my family and interacting with friends and society in the real world. You know, where you actually go outside and live a life? If I have to go crazy like you over everything that is contrary to my beliefs and views on the internet, I'd have no life.
No, I'm not logging off here and "blatant misogyny"? I'm sorry I like women, have relationships with women and even sex, that thing you see as nasty, violent and degrading. I don't see it that way, sex is actually fun and I pity anyone who'd shun it because they think it's somehow harmful or want to make it out like an act of rape. I truly wonder, is it because cartoons like MLP don't deal with sex nor any other grown up content that you also don't?
There is nothing de-humanizing about 'gore' when used in context though like you I am not a fan of the torture porn movies, I think they are cheap and boring. But I do believe that good horror movies are a commentary on society and human values and morality, and as such are hardly dehumanizing. But that's another discussion all together and one I don't think you were aiming for with that statement.
So in conclusion and I'm spending waaaaaay too much time on you, I would like to ask you to put me on the ignore list like you said you already did(!). Ignore me please. Oh, and have a nice christmas and a happy new year!

Yeah, standing up for oneself after becoming the target of multiple instances of verbal abuse is "weird behavior". I'm totally getting into it with others because I'm so mean and nasty to everyone else, and not because I'm defending my character by responding back to idiocy spewed in my direction. I've posted plenty of evidence of this on my Facebook post.
And what makes you think I'm the reason threads get locked or derailed? Do you talk to LK / David and know things that I don't? If anything, the people posting nasty comments are the perpetrators of getting threads locked or derailed.

You and most other people on this board might wish to take a look in the mirror before calling other people obsessive. Doing a topics search yields the following:
"Trek" - 540 threads.
"Star" - 841 threads.
"pony" - 25 threads (and several of these are for Goldsmith's Red Pony and North's Pony Soldier)
I can only assume you're "not a fan" because you haven't even bothered to try watching it - the ultimate height of arrogance and ignorance, to say you don't like something when you haven't even tried it.
(Also, MLP:FiM is objectively better than most cartoons of the 80s, particularly the ones you listed.

HEY NOW, The traditional horror film does offer deep insights on society and important issues on our social behavior. Many people know that plus the traditional horror Scifi genre are so often morality plays. Matter of fact along with westerns those 2 genres are often by many to be considered the most moral. People who don't indulge in things often will make false limited assumptions on those things. Even if you just watch say a given 200 genre films in your life from all ages or countries you will see what I am saying is true.
