Hi All,

First up is my moderation of the Varese Sarabande-centric event with “Hemlock Grove’s” Nathan Bar, “House of Cards’” Jeff Beal, “One True Thing’s” Cliff Eidelman, “Land of the Dead’s” Reinhold Heil, “House’s” Harry Manfredini, “King of the Hill’s” Cliff Martinez and “The Ultimate Gift’s” Mark McKenzie.

Then join film music agent Richard Kraft moderates a panel with scoring session and Varese concert flutist Sara Andon, “Funny Bones’” John Altman, “The Hangover’s” Christophe Beck, “The Whole Nine Yard’s” Randy Edelman, “Hop’s” Christopher Lennertz, “Spartacus: War of the Damned’s” Joseph LoDuca and Varese Sarabande head Robert Townson as they discuss the art of movie music, and answer questions about the craft from many of its biggest admirers.

Great stuff, Peter and Daniel! Thank you for sharing these fresh and fun insights from Hollywood’s film music industry. It’s wonderful to have an opportunity to feel like part of the audience.

Excellent stuff. It was neat to hear Edelman talk about Executive Action, a very effective work for small ensemble. That would have been a great score for Intrada to pair Seven Days in May with.
