really ought to make this more ipad friendly - can't get the drill-down to ear of the month and am out of PC acces for a week.
Hi Joe, if you download either the PDF or the ePub versions from the sidebar, both of them work on the iPad in iBooks. The PDF has the table of contents directly in the document, the TOC in the ePub is located in the three-line icon next to Library in the upper left hand corner. Hope that helps.
