Great tracklist! But yes, fill out that last CD with 20 more minutes 
Personally I love the season 7 score!
But I think I would have added some more cues from the final 3 episodes of season 6 to fill out those 15-20 minutes.
And that Primeval score with the fight inside the Initative is so totally awesome!!
I do love the season seven score. While I'd rate the few Wander favorites from S5+6 higher than most of the season 7 score, I think the season 7 score is overall much better and much more interesting. The Wander score was beautiful, but too much of the same and the fighting score in those seasons didn't pop as much in my opinion. I think a different composer maybe could have made especially season six much more compelling, I think Wander's score added to the general feeling of exhaustion and depression in season six.
And as for Rob Duncan, I especially love his Buffy/Spike theme, even though I am not a Spuffy lover, but talk about a wonderful theme.
Unrelated: last night I watched I ROBOT YOU JANE, and I must say I love Jenny Calendar and her and Giles remain my favorite ship. They're better than Willow/Tara, Spike/Buffy or Xander/Anya.

for the 5th season I think I almost cover it all up with the first volume and some 6th season cues are used in the fifth. I think we will have almost everything from thomas wander 
haha!
