Sorry MV, one more - there's been mention that LLL got some more animation projects in the works - will we be seeing any of those in 2018, and are any of those the multiple CD sets you've hinted at big grin big grin big grin?

Rob Walsh handed over completed masters for the supposed Transformers soundtrack to Sony Music early last year... and nothing has been heard since. Where has it got to? LLL said a few years back they weren't involved with this. I'm just wondering if whoever was releasing it got cold feet and now LLL are back in the equation?

Also, I'm still clinging on for dear life to the hope of a SHE-RA LLL release.

Any chance of an expanded, "The Promise" from Klaus Badelt? I consider it an epic and would fit right in with Braveheart.

No plans at this time

Thxs as always for answering all of our questions.

Will there ever be any chance to get an expanded Leviathan from La-La Land or is it Varese's territory?

Oh, there is a questions thread?
Hadn't seen that.

Well, my question would be:
Any chance of releasing any completely unreleased previously John Williams pre-1975 score?

If no, there is no interest, the tapes are lost, or the composer has vetoed any such release?

Dear MV,

would a La-La Land "Kung Fu" (1972–1975) Box-Set by Jim Helms be a possibility?
As Lukas Kendall previously said "the stereo masters are available at Warner Bros. ". smile

And to get the supercool original German Intro you'd just need to tweak Carl Douglas "Kung fu fighting" a wee bit! wink

& ... would look excellent!

Any news on the Manfredini Friday the 13th Game score release (if it's still in the works)?

Thank you, MV.

This is the best topic on FSM board. I want to participate with one question that really interests me:

I would like to own a release of Arcade Fire' soundtrack for 'HER' which was not only unreleased on any kind (just a FYC cd) but it was also Academy Award nomination.

Is it possible to La La Land to release it? Why isn't in the market already? smile

MV, concerning Morricone you said:

"We may have something coming in early 2018 that was a find"

Is this still valid?

With or without Carl Douglas "Kung Fu Fighting"; a KUNG FU CD-box is a dream since many years and very welcome in my soundtrack collection!

Interesting note, Kung Fu the original series just popped up on iTunes in HD. There was a close correlation between the releases of Star Trek and Lost in Space in HD and the releases of the box sets.

MV,

Hope all is ok with you, I was wondering which of the Black Friday 2017 titles had been in the works the longest either due to finding the elements or receiving approvals for release?

Also are there plans to release an expanded Face/off as some other Paramount titles from 1997 have received expansions(Breakdown, Switchback, Titanic)

Thanks for any info.

Any chance of an expanded Thunderbirds by Zimmer? Seems to me a lot of good music from the first 30 minutes of the film are missing from the OST.
