Hey, even if Goldsmith was involved in the song, it's still pretty lame. And I don't waste time listening to Piper Dreams from The Omen either.

I hardly ever listen to "Piper Dreams" either... the song does not fit in with the rest of the Omen score (even though it's based on a theme from it).

"The Piper Dreams" is so much scarier if you picture it being sung by Mrs. Baylock.

That's my whole complaint! When I want to listen to a highlight of the score, like on a playlist or even on the disc itself, I want to be able to just go to that track, without having to sit through the equivalent of a YouTube ad first. Unless there was unreleased music edited out of an original album track, I think those cues should be left to stand alone as they were. I'm not asking for 81 tracks or anything, just an album that treats its highlights with "respect." <--overstating it

But again, I don't make those decisions. I just complain about them CONSTANTLY.

"I never want to hear that Celine Dion again!..............."

I agree, if I ever hear that song again I will murder someone.

I agree with everything above. The bumping together of the suspenseful "lab" cues makes sense, but the cross-fading of "Clear The Stadium" does not. What's more, by tinkering with the final note, it isn't really the "film version" as noted.

I hate it when notes are liberally lost. The BSX issue of High Road To China is the very worst offender, where entire notes/chords are just written off.
