What you've just described -- with tactless abandon -- is what we've been getting in this forum the past couple of years. If it's not about something from the last 5 years, it isn't going to get discussed by more than a few.
And just so you know, the majority of us know fuck-all about British magazines and their readership.
Tsk-tsk us, if you must, but tsk-tsk back atcha!
5 minutes checking on the net would have told you exactly what type of magazine it is but instead a lot of pontificating has gone on. That is what annoyed me-there are some very broad assumptions on this thread that bare very little relation to reality.
This guy is a really good actor, he has lots of roles in big pictures lately, that makes him a celebrity. The media thinks, he is a 'celebrity', therefore there must be something sexual about him. Lets just say he is sexy, even though he looks more like a pasty nerdy guy.
Some odd choices (and strange order), but not that bad:
3. Henry Cavill 4. Ryan Gosling 6. Chris Hemsworth 9. Hugh Jackman 10. Bradley Cooper
Granted I am not a girl, but I have never understood the Bradley Cooper thing, he has a rat like face, his nose long, his eyes close together, he always looks a tad cross eyed. He seems nice enough, but hardly a male model.
Hugh Jackman I think I have seen him in the mutton chops too many times. '
Wanda Ventham--Ben's mama--was a pretty hot dish in her day. She's scatterbrainingly hilarious in the commentary track of the Dr Who adventure, Image of the Fendahl.
My topics bring out, "everyone's baser instincts." Moi? LOL. Some people's baser instincts are as much to the fore front as their outer skin. I will not take responsibility because cleavage freckles inspire me...not!
TO ADO- I agree with your statement about how silly and immature the media and the public can be with these things. When I first saw this dude , I said he looks just like one of my cousins. But my cousin is better looking and my cousin is not that great a looker. A media that builds on the suckers in this world.

People complain about the way the media pushes cookie cutter good looks of so many pretty boys and girls but then the moment someone not conventionally handsome or beautiful comes to the fore, you all become jaded reactionaries. The staus quo thanks you.
