"Umm" or "Erm" as is now the Hip US scheisse way to start sentences, verbal and written. When it's verbally and accompanied by that piss awful "erm" facial expression (most similar to someone who just pissed their pants), I have the hardest time not taking my escrima sticks all over that face.
