Aside from a few of their singles in the 1990s, I had never gotten into Blur until now. (Actually, I sat out most of the rock/pop scene in the 90s and early 2000s) I've been listening to their eight albums either through library copies or playing YouTube clips. Really enjoying the large amount of solid tracks they have created over the years. Their latest album, THE MAGIC WHIP, is excellent. I've also tried sampling other groups likened to them (Oasis, Pulp, et al), but none of them grab me as much. Any connoisseurs here of melodic 1990s rock who can lead me to an act on Blur's level? Thanks!
