As for i listen from the samples, you can expected something big with a lot of brass and there is a certain thing about that London theme that remain me to the Valkerie Ride from Wagner

From the clips and trailers I've seen, the film looks like one long, really bad video game. It makes the gloomy looking City Of Ember look positively sparkling. I will be avoiding this one.

Any new JXL is welcome to me. He's one of the best around at the moment. Do you have a link to the trailer? He comes and goes for me. I love his contribution for Batman V Superman and his score for Mad Max Fury Road, but others... many, many others... ? From the clips and trailers I've seen, the film looks like one long, really bad video game. It makes the gloomy looking City Of Ember look positively sparkling. I will be avoiding this one. The first trailer seemed interesting until more of them arrived. Now they're just selling the one conceit, and I can't help but to feel that the film will play out the same way. It does "look" grander than most Young Adult Dystopias (TM).

I heard that Conrad Pope is the conductor/orchestrator on this one and Alita: Battle Angel. Is it true? If so, good. In the Making Of video, Pope is specified only as a conductor. Don't know anything about his involvement on Alita: Battle Angel, but maybe there he works also as a orchestrator. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZxdLq81FMA

Jackson is a producer of this crap also! Together with a LOTR team - Boyens & Walsh.
