Received my missing JP Collection booklet in the mail today. The booklet is indeed as magnificent as I'd been told, as was the exceptional service from our friends at La-La Land. They had this to me in two days, and over a holiday weekend to boot. Many thanks to my friends at LLLR! I promise to be first in line tomorrow for CE3K and Die Another Day!

I feel terrible for accidentally letting this collection slide. I waited too long. It was a bummer watching the Lost World yesterday (first time since it came out), going crazy over the score, and finding out this amazing release is sold out. I can dream of a repress I guess.

And there were also several low stock updates since then...most recently a notice about 60 copies remaining that came out about a month ago, which is what prompted me to snag it at last. I was surprised after that last notice that it didn’t sell out within a day of it, so I guess a lot of folks weren’t paying attention. In fact the previous notice LLL gave was for 100 copies remaining I think, weeks before that, and I’m surprised it didn’t sell out shortly after that!

I’m pretty sure they’re down to zero copies. It’s out of print on their website.
But yes, this was an incredible set, and as great as the additional JP material is, it’s actually the expansion of The Lost World that I value the most.
