JOAN…

It's been a number of years since I last watched Dolores Claiborne, but I'm almost positive that you left out the very best part of that line…

"Sometimes, being a high riding bitch is all a woman has to hang on to!"

Ya' gotta admit that "high riding" makes that line!

Chris, here is the quotation from Stephen King's novel.

"Sometimes you have to be a high-riding bitch to survive. Sometimes being a bitch is all a woman has to hold onto."

Can't say I noticed the "high riding" part in the movie.

I've never read King's novel, but I definitely recall that line from the film!

This is for BillCarson & CinemaScope:

"Do you know any good white basketball players?"

"Your Ripple Blanc, sir."

"Your hog balls, sir."

"They're still working on him.
He won't break.
They've tried everything.
Do you want me to bring out the LeRoy Neiman paintings?"

"Is this the potato farm?"
"Yes. I am Albert Potato."

"And I'll miss you most of all, scarecrow!"
