Well for anyone growing up when SW or SMTMP came out they were unique cinematic experiences. Same with the first Raiders film.

yES, THEY WERE!!!!!!
At least INDY has had some sequels that are quite good.

None of the Indiana Jones sequels holds up to Raiders. They're watchable, though.


well, frank Marshall ,who produced the INDY films , thinks CRUSASDE is the best of the bunch.

and as far as SUPERMAN goes....
the only good one was the first in 1978
that's 5 straight stinkers in a row.

Somebody's hard to please.



In that case, I'm even harder to please - never really engaged with any of the ....Star Trek* films in any significant way.

* I quite like the rebooted Star Trek, because of the link to the TV series and the Giacchino scores, but that's it.
