So far in the past 2 weeks I have cut down on my sweets intake. I do feel better for it. Back to more fruits like cantaloupe, which makes me feel better among other things.
I am not a fan of condescension at all. It always has annoy me over the years . But life is life and aggravation is not a healthy way to go. So lately instead of getting upset with little kids and elderly people I seem to have notice that just saying to them , ok, whatever you say, makes me feel better both in a mental and psychical state.
