Ordered. Varese says shipped and delivered, but no package in my mailbox yesterday. Given the fact that there was an issue with my last order (Naxos ASSURED me they were sending items Varese later said were sold out) I'm NOT liking the new shipping arrangement. If delivery confirmation says "delivered" that means the mailman scanned it before placing it in my mailbox?? No issues with any mail theft previously (and I don't think that's what happened). Post office and Naxos contacted, but given the fact that I had to get ahold of Varese for my last issue, I'm thinking that might be what I need to do again. Was the item sold out again... even though my CC was charged and my order was SUPPOSEDLY delivered? (Order #VS31541 btw, if DMD sees this).

We will look into this on Monday as our shipping guy Todd is of course not in the office on the weekends. With a quick look on our end I can see that a package WAS sent out from Naxos containing CD's. It was delivered Feb. 2nd. Varese and any other label have no control on when/how it is delivered or how postal works handle the mail after it leaves our offices of course. But a package was delivered In/At mailbox. We do not know your mail handler who delivers your mail everyday, did he delivery it to the wrong house, I have no idea. That does happen from time to time. I've had that happen, but again that's out of our control. Monday, we'll look into this, but again, what we can see right now is a package WAS sent, a physical package was sent as it shows the different times/stops it made from Naxos to the destination. I would suggest trying to see when your mail carrier comes each day and stop him/her and ask them and print out the tracking confirmation of Feb. 2nd and ask them. That's exactly what I would do to see if he/she knows anything.

I'm so glad I saw Varese's post on FB that they were down the last few copies and ordered right away...I can't believe I almost let this slip through my fingers...after a few listens, it's probably my 2nd-favorite Beltrami after Hellboy.
