At the risk of being branded a heretic  , the WalMart Marketside pizzas ( the "take and bake" variety, in the deli section, not the frozen foods ) are damn delicious. There are several varieties and sizes, and the prices are good, a large 16 inch pizza for right at $10 dollars.
We usually go for a meat lover's large pie and it is delicious.

The smokiness of the bacon is evident, as it a little bit of heat, I suspect, from the Italian sausage seasonings. There was no evidence of cupping or char on the pepperoni, which assures us of a higher end meat choice by the producers "

The pizzas are made for WM by Great Kitchen's Inc. We don't go out for pizza often, and delivery around here is sketchy ( normally the drivers always deliver to the house next door unless I'm waiting on the porch waving money  ) so if it is pizza for dinner, we tend to grab one of these from WalMart and have not been disappointed.

I've long forgotten the name of the pizzeria - but as a student in Chicago there was a bacon/green olive thin crust pizza that I swooned over whenever I ordered a delivery.
Here in NYC -- I loved a long gone place that was on Lexington Avenue between 27th and 28th -- they had the greatest crust I've ever tasted -- just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The guy behind the counter was an up and coming boxer -- lots of great times and all-encompassing discussions in that place! It was also a favorite among taxi drivers - and the block would be solid yellow on both sides of the streets around lunch time when drivers parked and ran in for slices.
When I lived in Chelsea I loved the brick oven pizza at Don Giovanni -- great crust, toppings. Very good.
I now live in Brooklyn -- my usual orders of a pepperoni and black olive pizza go to My Little Pizzeria or Fascati -- sometimes I also order from LaylaJones (it is square, not round...). I've also ordered a couple times from Monty Q's on Montague Street -- but the sauce seems too sweet to me. There is a new place around the corner from where I live called Dellarocco's -- a brick oven place -- but I've not yet ordered from them.
Man this thread has made me hungry!
