A Classic that has pretty eyes, cute small nose, beautiful long hair, a butt that slides down like a ski slope, moderate but perky breasts, cute ears, a sexy neck, sweet sensuous voice, cute toes, nice fingers, gentle personality etc etc etc, I don't have to worry my current girlfriend does not read this board[ha-ha] oh you mean a film? Strange - your description made me think of Rafael Nadal.

Good one, neo. I wanted to start a thread on this before but was to ashamethed to even admit to myself what I haven't seen... Foreign-language classics have somehow evaded me (that's actually vice versa of course), but in order to make this list easier for me to compile, I'll follow the 2003 edition of Time Out, in which they mention their "Top 100" - and I'll tell you what I haven't seen from that - LAWRENCE OF ARABIA - in fact, I don't think I've ever seen a David Lean film. Wait, did he do DOCTOR ZHIVAGO? That was shit. TOKYO STORY - Never seen an Ozu. L'ATALANTE - Never seen a Vigo. THE CONFORMIST - Never seen it. All the Bernardo Bertoluccci films I've seen have been crap. LES ENFANTS DU PARADIS - Look, I won't mention any more "foreign" films, because I've never seen any. A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH - Never seen any Powell/Pressburgers. LIFE AND DEATH OF COLONEL BLIMP - Them again. SOME LIKE IT HOT - Never really liked many of Wilder's films. I'm bored now going through that list, so I'll stop. Here are a few just of the top of my head - THE THIRD MAN (that music!), RIO BRAVO (John Wayne!)... , THE QUIET MAN (baloney), never really got into "old" Westerns. Saw THE SEARCHERS and thought it was a bit rubbish. And I've never seen a classic Hollywood musical all the way through. Here are a few I surprised myself with, well, one anyway - GONE WITH THE WIND. Was never interested in seeing it. But a few years ago I was in bed with lumbago for a week and just read books and watched films. So I forced myself to watch that. And it was grrreeeeaaaat!!!! Just to show I'm not a total nincompoop, I'm watching THE SEVENTH SEAL tonight. I hope it's as good as the sequel THE GOLDEN SEAL.

Never had much interest in a lot of the Warner Brothers classics: THE BIG SLEEP KEY LARGO TO HAVE AND HAVE NOT THE MASK OF DIMITRIOS THEY DRIVE BY NIGHT HIGH SIERRA and a lot of 30's gangster pictures, with Cagney, Robinson, etc.; just never been interested. Humphrey Bogart et al. just never did it for me. (Though I have seen CASABLANCA, several times.)

With the single exception of Reservior Dogs (NOT a Tarantino fan here), I've seen every film mentioned so far. But that doesn't mean I've seen ALL the classics. Far from it.

I still haven't seen any of the Godfather films, Goodfellas, Reservoir Dogs, On The Waterfront, The Matrix, Gone With The Wind, Die Hard, Raging Bull, Fight Club. Only seen a handful of films made after 1991. Nor have I seen any foreign language films at all. Okay, it's one thing to not have seen The Godfather or Gone with the Wind. I'm sure you can still get into Heaven (after all, have you seen my list?)...but you haven't seen Die Hard? I'm all for staging an intervention. This is...I don't know what this is.
