Oh, lll wasn't that bad. As said above, it was a nifty, economical sequel. Fast set up, some entertaining action set pieces, some harking back to the original novel, and a fine score from Don Davis. The Lost World had the fantastic RV-over-the-cliff scene. Yep, it was another vehicle over the cliff, but well designed with a fabulous score for the entire long sequence. Hell, the first film is kinda creaky these days. It is the best of the 3, but, they pretty much tore the guts from the novel and made it family friendly. And the annoying young girl and the absolutely ridiculous computer interface GUI she navigates at the climax...the movie ain't perfect
