Raferjanders, after all of your incredible work on the MMM scores I was wondering if you might possibly have a crack at a cover for the 'The Thing from Another World' Suite added to the recent Vocalion reissue of 'Charles Gerhardt - Lost Horizon: The Classic Film Scores of Dimitri Tiomkin'? https://www.duttonvocalion.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=CDLK4608

I never liked any of the LP covers for The Unforgiven:
…nor any of the CD covers for The Horseman On the Roof:
On the other hand, I like the original Saul Bass covers for the original Vertigo soundtrack, but I made this one on a whim based on the promotional artwork for the Fathom theatrical screenings:
I also really love the Matthew Joseph Peak artwork for the Varèse McNeely recording. I had also made this cover for the Conlon recording a while back (this has been posted here before):
Decided to revisit the custom cover art for my STAR WARS scores and go with a uniform look based on the one I made for THE LAST JEDI. The prequel trilogy uses the teaser posters. The original trilogy uses the theatrical posters. The sequel trilogy (so far) utilizes head shots of the character whom I personally think is the center of the film.
Thanks so much for the Ketcham set rafer, they look beautiful.
I meant no offence about the Son of Kong, all I did was to remove the stripe down the left side where the poster was extended and even out the orange background and the title text colouring.
Your covers are always fantastic and I appreciate your hard work.
Mr Grouse, I love your take on a unified soundtrack art campaign for the SW films. Your use of the prequel teaser poster art in cropped form is especially striking. The vertically oriented movie titles with the iconic ITC Serif Gothic is also really interesting visually. Well done!
I'd be interested in a Barton Fink that resizes the back of the Fargo/Barton Fink release OR one that uses one of the theatrical posters (there were many variations around the world, I believe).
It would be great to have separate covers for the different scores for The Appointment. Another FSM release that deserves separate covers is their Gerald Fried four-fer.
Any chance of an individual cover for the excellent Kunzel re-recorded suite (with Frankie Laine) of Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, from the "Round-Up" CD?
