Okay, so you are the same guy I just emailed.
Please understand -- my house burned down. From Dec 5 until now my life has been turned upside down. All the work I had scheduled for the first 2 weeks of December got put on hold while I dealt with my personal tragedy (ie getting Buffy done and sent to Fox for approvals). My family and I are now settled (for the most part) and I am back at work. It was also the holidays, so the studios were closed for the last 2 weeks of the year. PLUS, Disney just bought Fox and probably messed up all our plans for projects with Fox meaning we are scrambling to get a slate of projects into production as quickly as possible in order for them to get before the takeover.
Our art director is now making finishing touches on the packaging and come next week the project goes in for final approval. That will probably take about a week for a sign off. With Intrada releasing on Jan 9 (our originally scheduled release date for Trek DS9 Vol 2) that means we need to change our release slate for the rest of the year as to not step on each other's toes. More than likely we will be able to get it out Jan 30. We'll see. If not then it will come out Feb 13, just in time for Valentine's Day.

PS This is EXACTLY the reason why labels don't make announcements until they are practically ready to ship. Never again will I make that mistake. We appreciate the enthusiasm, but please be patient with the process. Thanks!
