Tony. Always good for no laugh.

But I do wonder whether with the upcoming home video release of the film LLL might surprise us?

If it weren't for the $100 I just dropped on the Nightmare on Elm Street box, I would have picked this up as a blind buy based entirely on Lokutus' enthusiasm for this score.

Trust me -- you still really should buy this score!

At a certain point, I need to make the call between a $15 CD release and diapers.

(I love the luxurious feeling of lounging in a good diaper wink)

Samples sound great, so I've decided to join in with the love for this score as well...

I'll be blind-buying this as well, samples are strong and there's clearly far more symphonic integrity on display here than in anything Beltami's penned in a while.

I'm still waiting for Beltrami to write a tune as sweepingly gorgeous as the the love theme finale in MIMIC, or a darkly elegant score as good as DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK - HELLBOY and DAVD AND LISA have some fantastic music as well but boy is his overall body of work hot-or-cold for me...

I'm hoping I'll really enjoy this one!

The samples sound entertaining and cataclysmic enough. The first one sounds more like JNH than Beltrami but the rest don't share that issue.
