The email was written before the item came in late yesterday. DH3 orders will ship today as long as you don't order Home Alone 2 or Untouchables MV

DISC 2 Additional Music: 19 Holiday Flight (alternate) 2:26 It appears from this tracklist there's an error held over from the Varese release: The "Holiday Flight (alternate)" cue (Disc 2, Track 11 on the Varese / Disc 2, Track 19 on the LLL) has apparently been misidentified again as an original Williams composition. The Varese booklet points out what a remarkably different approach Williams originally had in mind for the frantic airport scene, but fails to mention (or give credit) for the fact that the alternate piece is actually a Williams arrangement of a popular jazz standard. My guess is that Williams never actually intended to use that track in the final score, but was just using it temporarily, early in the scoring process. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the piece myself, which makes it really hard to submit a correction properly. Do any jazz experts here also happen to own the old Varese HA2 set? I have no idea if this question was answered elsewhere (I couldn't find it in this thread anyway), but if not, the alternate "Holiday Flight" primarily consists of "Air Mail Special" by Benny Goodman, Jimmy Mundy & Charlie Christian. Doubtless chosen tongue-in-cheekly for the play on the title - it's a great tune. Also, looking over this thread again, I'm reminded of what a terrific batch of albums this was - they've all been in regular rotation since last year. Looking forward to seeing what La-La Land (and all of the other labels) have in store as 2013 winds down!

Perhaps when HA2 is re-re-re-released, the correction can be made. Judging by the date of the first post in this thread, we should find out what LLL is leaving under the tree for us in only a few more days.
