Anyone have good covers for Anna and the King of Siam and King of the Khyber Rifles? They're the only two I haven't been able to find alternates of from the Herrmann box. Good call...I'd also love custom covers by rafer for the other scores in that Noir collection! And to carry on the Victor Young theme, I thought I'd just bump JBlough's request that got lost several pages back: Some more individual cover requests when someone has a chance. Thanks in advance! Moscow/Stromberg: Gulliver's Travels, The Uninvited, Bright Leaf, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beau Geste, The Naked and the Dead, The Lost Patrol, The Beast With 5 Fingers, Virginia City Each score from Kritzerland's Victor Young At Paramount albums: The Accused, September Affair, Appointment With Danger, My Favorite Spy, Forever Female, Little Boy Lost, The Proud and Profane A couple more little requests from me would be a better cover (sans weird lettering, in particular), for JNH's Dinosaur, as well as a nice fresh cover for Waxman's Spirt of St. Louis. Josh, I definitely prefer your Molly Maguires cover to the other two -- nice job! But I suppose it wasn't really possible to un-squish the background image like Kritzerland did (but somehow without stretching the fist)? Raferjanders, even though it doesn't use the image I linked to, I'm really impressed by your Barquero cover! Neat idea; I'm definitely using it. Yavar

Josh, I definitely prefer your Molly Maguires cover to the other two -- nice job! But I suppose it wasn't really possible to un-squish the background image like Kritzerland did (but somehow without stretching the fist)? While the text was sourced from the LP, the images are from the original movie poster. The squished image is intentional; it was part of the original poster artwork. Given the choice between the two, I went with keeping the fist in proper proportions, as the fist looks stranger when the main image when un-anamorphicized.* * — You heard this word here first.

There's a lot of amazing covers here! My own are not as good as many shared here, but I share them anyway. Be gentle if you think they're crap. And by the way, to the guy who did the Franz Waxman covers, thank you. I was sitting on the fence of that title, but actually your work has nudged me over the edge.

I did this one because I wanted a different cover to the LP, for the film version of this score, but disliked the Varese cover. I still wanted something based on original artwork.

I did this one because I liked the UK poster art for this movie:

Again, I did this one because I preferred the poster art to the CD cover:

I didn't really like the original LP cover of DON'T LOOK NOW, so I used this one for my iTunes library:
