On her (always enjoyable)programme Movies and Musicals on RTE Lyric FM yesterday afternoon presenter Aedin Gormley mentioned James Fitzpatrick and the proposed fabulous new recording of King of Kings! It was great to hear this 'plug' and I hope it will garner a bit of extra interest as we need all the help we can get to make this dream come true! Come on everybody let's make this happen!

That’s just what is needed. The “plug” starts at about 1hour 11 minutes. Apparently RTE were notified of the Kickstarter project by an email from Brian McBride.
Yes indeed Doug, and it was a good mention too by Aedin. It was wonderful to hear Miklos Rozsa's King of Kings on the radio. I don't know Brian McBride or if he is a member or contributor to the FSM board but fair play to him for sending that email!

And a fantastic 10 minutes was devoted to the project on Klassik Radio Germany last week by Holger Wemhoff...who mentioned my name at least 10 times...fame at last! I doubt Classic FM in UK would dream of doing the same !!!!!...and next day had nearly £3000 in pledges ,,,,

Atleast more then 10 minutes,there are alternates filmversions.
MostlyGhostly, please don't derail this thread. We have something truly unique rolling with the possibility of a KING OF KINGS recording – the kind of grassroots push that can mint a template for future re-recordings if we're focussed enough on the subject at hand. Thank you.
I do agree with you Saul and WagnerAlmighty. we really do need to focus on the King of Kings fundraising and avoid diluting the thread with other subjects.
