Tracking lists maybe the end of the week? If not then definitely on Oct 28th.

I don't think I've seen Intrada release tracklists beforehand.

Sorry I was thinking of seeing the track listing for Thor 2. But that wasn't from Intrada.

My bad...

Do either disc have detailed liner notes?

Do either disc have detailed liner notes?

Red October should have detailed notes on the filming as well as the creation of the score. Don't know about Cocoon.

I wrote them, so they'd be VERY bad Russian.

Scott, just out of curiosity, will the RED OCTOBER release include the cues from NO MAN'S LAND that were tracked in?

This is interesting. Usually when I’m excited about an expanded release I know (as much as one can from the film) every note that I’ve been “missing”. With Red October I just know that I loved the film and the CD for 23 years (!!!) and I want more. So I don’t really know what I’m looking forward to. smile

Wow, I remember when the movie came out in March and we had to wait until sometime in May (June?) for the soundtrack. THOSE were the days, right?

Can't wait to hear the clips. Yes I believe the MCA sdtk came out in June 1990. I remember going to a Sam Goody store and purchased the Red October tape along w/Red Heat.

Those were the days indeed.

wink

Pretty much any other movie that actually featured breasts would have been funnier.

COCOON: One of Horner's absolute best, from when (I think), he was truly at the height of his creativity. Thanks, Intrada.

Really I thought he was talking about the breakout performances of Portman and Kunis.

Do these C.D.s have detailed inlay notes?

Do these C.D.s have detailed inlay notes?

Red October has detailed notes about the film's production and the development of the score, including vintage quotes from Poledouris as well as material from recent interviews with music mixer Tim Boyle and Poledouris' agent, Richard Kraft.

Don't know about Cocoon.
