I'm with you. Also, it's on Hollywood Records, which means the cost won't be too high. I'm not too familiar with Bates, but I will probably pick this one up (if for no other reason than it's part of the MCU).
With the way the situation about The Winter Soldier soundtrack has developed (shifting over to Intrada after all the information said it would come from Hollywood Records), I wonder if Intrada will start releasing all MCU soundtracks.

Wow! Now that is an excellent compilation! James Gunn really dug into his Marvel funds acquiring this truly "Awesome Mix." I'm sure that Bates has a rock-&-roll-meets-space-opera-by-way-of-John-Carpenter score in the mix for this movie. I'm really excited.
I've never been able to really get into Tyler Bates' scores, but I am curious to see what he comes up with for this movie and hopefully will be surprised. I'm still on the fence for whether I want to see the movie...
There are going to be three releases: the song CD, the score CD, and a deluxe edition with both discs and the colorful artwork. I can't find the deluxe version at Amazon.

From amazon it looks like there are two releases:
The Awesome Mix song CD and the 2-disc version with both. Amazon's catalog just has the old placeholder cover up for the 2-disc set instead of the colorful version.
