Bruce, one score or a number of scores on a single or double disc set ? Could Elmer Bernstein be involved in this release ? Posthumously, of course.

One great score, complete. Elmer Bernstein would be a grand way to end 2013!

It's Elmer! smile

It's either Fox or Paramount. So ...... Paramount? 1950s? 1960s?

The latter and 50s.

The Buccaneer?

Well, that would be a wonderful Christmas present and I'd have to shoot off a cannon.

Terrrrifficc. I don't have the Varese album and I'm listening to the only sample available on YouTube.

This will no doubt have improved sound, but will there hopefully be more than the 40 minutes on the old Varese release?

Please get our pulses racing.

Our CD runs around seventy-seven minutes. Some of that is source music (by Elmer), and some are Elmer's piano demos. I'm hoping people will be very impressed by the sound quality and improvements thereof.

They are, in fact, one and the same.

This is wonderful news.

Bruce, is there any chance of releasing Waxman's brillant score to 'The Nuns Story' in 2014?

THE BUCCANEER should account for all of Elmer Bernstein's work at Paramount accounted for with the exception of WHERE'S JACK ? We know already that THE TEN COMMANDMENTS is being prepared elsewhere.
