no-sorry it is a very tough question isn't it? remember my friend GENRE, Marvin did 2 sense of wonder films, THE WORLD'S GREATEST ATHLETE -73 and DEVIL AND MAX DEVLIN-81- which really was not even a lite genre film when you think about it. Would you like to try again? The former was about a runner who get's super human strength, that was more lighthearted.

For the folks reading this thread I would just like to explain the sense of wonder films we are dealing with[horror, science fiction, fantasy] they are films which are a bit unusual, the unknown, in what we would call the mainstream world today. I say today because many of our great sense of wonder movies of the past became mainstream reality.

On a choice question it does not make to much sense to give hints so let me give the answer- NEIL HEFTI- As far as I can see never really did a genre film. As for the others-HOLLANDER- -5,000 FINGERS OF DR T-53-YOUNG-THE UNINVITED-44- MANCINI= LIFEFORCE-86- A FEW OTHERS AND RUSTICHILLI-BLOOD AND BLACK LACE-64 AND OTHERS.

I am a composer who has scored over 70 films in my career since the 70's. Some of them were genre films which includes the Frankenstein legend, space aliens, big crabs, the end of the world, supersonic men etc etc, hint - a lot of TV movies.

That was and is my first answer, but 70 seems a bit low for his output. Hasn't he scored over 100 films or is just me?

I wrote music for 2 movies with David Hemmings in the cast.
After these, David Hemmings directed 2 movies and hired me to compose their music!

Who am I?

To Advise and Consent- a few sources list his feature length output at over 70 films. He did though do plenty of TV shows,

Yes. That probably accounts for the difference. Great, original artist that Mr. Melle.

The second French composer's name to be found on a Christopher Young genre soundtrack is Georges Auric. The cue title is AURICulae. Devilishly clever, no?

To be fair, that question was a tough one because the title was on the Doug Fake produced URBAN LEGEND promo.

Here's another question regarding pun titles on a Christopher Young genre soundtrack.

Which album features two composer names in the cue titles and what are their names?
