The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean-originally 3,000 limited edition, but for contractual reasons (term expired) we have to cut it off at 1,500 copies—less than 30, $19.95.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but is sounds like FSM had to destroy 1500 copies because the license expired.

This was a marginal purchase at $20, which I decided against, but I would have bought it at a lower price.

Sounds like a missed opportunity for both myself and FSM. frown

No, we did not destroy any stock, we only pressed 1500 to start. There are some extra booklets...somewhere...c'est la guerre.

OK, gang, I will (against all sane advice) take you through the catalog with actual inventory counts, but not all at once. Part 1 up now—

How frequent will these updates be? Should I order now or just wait to save on shipping?

Lukas:

I think I have all of that listing except Pelham , including the Raksin set which, btw, is very fine indeed. I'll grab Pelham in my next order.

Guys, hate to say it, but we're making this up as we go. Waiting to see how well this works, what the reaction is, etc.

Lukas you are doing fine. smile I think I'll listen to Across The Wide Missouri tonight when I get home. Yes I bought the Raksin Box when it came out. Those who are getting it as a freebie arfe in for a treat. Yes, sure those that hate mono won't like it perhaps. I love the set myself.

Can I suggest one such posting a month.

Wow, the Raskin box - I've had my eye on this since it came out, but never got around to buying it. (Maybe in 2040?)

So I'll be making an order because of this promotion, after giving up making an order a couple of days ago. So I'll be happy, FSM will be happy.

And I'm sure Mr. Raskin will be happy that his music will be heard by more people, too. smile

Good choices all. I have all of them. Why 100 Rifles and most of the rest of that list haven't sold out and haven't been sold out for years is puzzling.

Hmmmm. I am working on an order of my own, but as I already have the Raksin box what to do with another copy? I have Big Wednesday and Heart is a Lonely Hunter. This process has revealed to me just how many FSM discs I don't own. frown
