The Wild Bunch, the 33 minute album version, I loved that LP & was so happy when I saw it on CD in Tower Records, I then bought the 75min. version & got rid of the album version, a mistake as it was such a great listen & I missed it. Anyway, I saw it on ebay yesterday for only £6 delivered, bought it & it arrived today, so now I have both again & will probably listen to the album version more, of course the great FSM release had all versions on it. I'm turning into Thor!
Score by Maurice Jarre. We had a thread a while back about which soundtrack was the first one to be released on LP. My sense is that THE DAMNED was an early one on cassette, but I have no idea what the actual release date was.
The Eleventh Hour, "The Bronze Locust" (Harry Sukman / Johnny Williams), The Phantom Of Hollywood (Leonard Rosenman), The Deadly Tower (Don Ellis), Assignment: Munich (George Romanis).
