And a CD release or Best-Of CD, from the TV series is also very welcome(a project for LA-LA LAND?) ! There are some ncie cues in the TV series, and Poledouris' theme even finds it's way into some of them, but it was recorded in Canada, so much like the scores of "Due South" and most of "MacGyver", it's not possible since they won't play ball (at least right now) with the re-use fees.

Wait, why is ROBOCOP 2 off the cards?

That can't be the reason. There's plenty of detractors around here, but I'm sure there's 2000 casual ROBOCOP fans who'll buy it. I'm not a huge Rosenman fan myself but I'd pick up his score if only for completist sake, although I do enjoy this one.

This is a great release, I will buy it soon. I'm now getting into Basil's music. I found QUIGLEY DOWN UNDER at F.Y.E. and love it. Thanks Varese. Good choice Henry! I think Basil will quickly become one of your new favorites. Yavar

Well put. Basil really tended to put all his heart and soul into his music -- the wonderful FSM portrait video got that across beautifully. Yavar

Is there a more soulful score than Wind? I certainly haven't heard it. "The Dinghy Race" is one of my absolute favorite cues in all of film musicdom!

It was actually released as a bonus feature on a Twilight Time Blu-Ray for some Basil-scored film, can't remember which... Yavar
