Yes it's James, and I agree about Hour of the Gun (and the suite from The Red Pony, conducted by James himself, is incredible!) That said, if you liked Hour of the Gun, you MUST get The Salamander and especially QBVII, Goldsmith's magnum opus in complete form at last! Yavar

QBVII, I wasn't even aware it's been re-recorded, thanks.

How apt. Will the c.d come with a mini model of the eiffel tower, a home made bomb and a stolen Luger pistol?!

James, We are all looking forward to the Blue Max release next week however is there a possibility of more videos being released on this forthcoming release and a possible release date? I hope this is a 2 CD release with some suites from other fine Jarre scores including Ryan's Daughter! I have just seen the art cover for the release on the Tadlow news, it is great. Cannot wait for the release!!!!!!!!!! It was probably the mosy enjoyable 3 days of sessions I have ever had....and I know my friend Maurice would have been delighted with the results! He is so sadly missed in these days of nondescript and characterless scoring...... Nondescript and characterless scoring...............now that quote is an understatement of the highest order.......... today's film music is at it's very lowest level since film music scoring was introduced............
