Well, I don't know how "great" these cues would be rated, although all are perfectly fine bits of music.
If you go by my whole name, I can only think of one:
"Private Raymond" from NORTH AND SOUTH: BOOK II by Bill Conti
But I go by Ray, so there are a lot more.
Several cues from THE SPECIALIST by John Barry:
"Closing in on Ray", "Ray Covers May", "Ray Meets May at her Funeral", "Ray and May at the Cemetery", "Ray's Place", and "She's Hot, Ray"
"Ray Gets the Point" from THE PHANTOM by David Newman
"A Ray of Hope" from Randy Edelman's SIX DAYS SEVEN NIGHTS.
"A Ray of Light" from Lalo Schifrin's SUDDEN IMPACT.
My favorite title is "Ex-Ray" from Elmer Bernstein's THE YOUNG DOCTORS.
And of course, there are plenty of "Heat Ray", "Death Ray" and "Ray Gun" titles from various sci-fi films like DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL, WAR OF THE WORLDS and others
