Empire of the Sun is a Warner Brothers movie, not Universal.

I trust there's more to this than one additional cue! Space could have been made for that on a single disc, since the original contains some repetition. Agree it's a very fine film and score. Wati and see.
There is no repeated material on the original OST.

The only Universal title LLL has ever released is 1941
And that was a co-production with Columbia, which the label's worked with multiple times (Used Cars, First Knight, Hook from sister company TriStar, Days Of Our Lives). They also did The Cape, which was from NBCUniversal (the copyright notice is to Universal).
Correction
1941 had nothing to do with Sony Pictures. It was a Sony Music and Universal release
