I asked about a JFK expanded release earlier this year. The info I got from the board was essentially that what was on the CD was all that Williams wrote. Apparently, he wrote the pieces in advance of the film being completed and Stone cut the film to the score. I don't know the film well enough to assess if this is accurate or not, but this might preclude an expanded release.
Based on this list from jwfan, there seems to be easily 20 minutes of unreleased music (and that's not counting the cues that partially contain previously unreleased material).
