I am not sure, but maybe the track "Finding the Book" is included in the track "Don't Say It, Don't Write It, Don't Hear It" in the CD release. Cheers!

Indeed, "Finding the Book" on the Digital Release is the first part of "Don't Say It, Don't Write It, Don't Hear It"

YOR just read the booklet of LLL release and, yes, Roque Baños wrote that the creeping sound incorporated in the score is a "siren", not a "chainsaw" as some stated.

I listened to this score a lot before the film came out, but it's been on constantly since I saw it on the UK opening day. Awesome, awesome stuff.

...I've never seen an Evil Dead movie in the theater before Me neither my friend! And not to speak blasphemy, but I haven't seen the original Evil Dead movies at all. Regardless, I can tell you this new one is genuinely creepy without being disturbing, and has gruesome and horrific gore. In short, everything I was hoping it would be! Looking forward to your thoughts once you've seen it buddy! Have to disagree with you on this one mate. Not that I didn't think the film was any good as i quite enjoyed it but I felt it really didn't have any of the creepy atmosphere or feeling of the original. It just wasn't scary. It WAS very bloody and violent but where as the old one had that ( for its time) it balanced it with some really creepy (and black humoured) stuff. This one just throws buckets of gore at you. The music really is outstanding though and drives the film along brilliantly, particularly at the end. Still friends, right? I'll have to share my thoughts with you once I've seen the originals. I agree, the newest one wasn't scary per se, there were just parts that were creepy - meaning that if I wasn't accustomed to horror movies, they would've freaked me out. At least a half-dozen times during the film, I found myself smiling ear-to-ear because of the genius execution of otherwise cliche horror movie sequences. And the gore? Oh, yeah, love it!
