I'd be also interested to hear how Korzeniowski's score sounds. I discovered him - like most others - on A SINGLE MAN (which I played to death) and later discovered his wonderful METROPOLIS. Wonder if this COPERNICUS thing is more of the same.
As I said in the other thread, MONEY TRAIN is also an excellent score; Mancina in top form.
Excellent!!! I got an autographed copy (my order # was 33692) and unless I am forgetting something, the Copernicus Star CD will be my first autographed CD. I can't wait until it arrives!!!!
Ohhhhhh...I can't afford Copernicus' Star right now....... (I HOPE IT DOESN'T SELL OUT!!) My very limited budget only allows for me to buy CDs every so often, and I usually get them used from Amazon. I just got HTTYD a couple days ago for about $12 and a CD of Bach so that exhausts my funds for the time being.
Copernicus' Star is amazing. It reminds me very much of Horner's "Beautiful Mind."

That's what I was thinking! It didn't sound like plagiarism, but the style was similar. Enjoy HTTYD - That is probably my most-spun CD, and I got it only about a year ago! It sounds new and fresh to me every time I pop it in the player.

Oh, I plan fully to enjoy it. I used to have the dwaawards.com/#/music page just constantly up in my browser. I'd play the music over and over again. I used to only like the theme featured in Test Drive, but now I've grown (rather recently and rather quickly) to love the whole thing--even the theme I specifically didn't really like originally. I went from the 3-star camp to a 6-star camp on a 5-star scale. I just have to be wary of listening to it TOO much and then having it get old on me.
Meanwhile I'll have Abel Korzeniowski's page up in my browser.....
