Count me in!

I should've figured that it was ...IN LITTLE CHINA instead of James Newton Howard's fantastic comedy score.

Either way, sounds interesting.

You know what good ol' Jack Burton says at a time like this. . .

"Have ya paid your dues, Jack?"
"Yessir, the check is in the mail."

Man, this is the greatest news I've heard all year! razz

Seriously though, I couldn't be happier. This is probably my favorite John Carpenter score, and that's saying A LOT. I can't wait to hear this in all it's expanded and remastered glory. Thanks MV!

Looks like this will be my second purchase of the year as Roger over at Intrada has indicated they have a release being announced on Tuesday. Fortunately it is a 3000 copy release, so it may last until I get some money in late next week.

LIBRARIAN: THE CURSE OF THE JUDAS CHALICE - This LIMITED EDITION RELEASE of 1500 units features Joseph LoDuca's fantastic score to the hit TNT Movie. Mr LoDuca has signed the first 100 or so units on this title as well.

And I assume the 2 cd set for the first 2 scores will be part of the monthly sale? Hope people take advantage of that. smile

Before I read the original post when I saw the topictitle I thought it could be one of two things, either LLL is going bankruptcy or they will release James Newton Howard`s score to Barry Sonnenfeld`s film Big Trouble.

But when reading the original post I must say that I am glad it wasn`t the first thought but then I remembered that LLL have a history of releasing John Carpenter/Alan Howarth music so I thought how stupid I was to not remembering this.

When it comes to Big Trouble in Little China I remember that I once held that original CD release in my hand when I was in a CD store (Skivhugget in Gothenburg) and ended up not buying it. Now I have a chance repair that mistake.

Fantastic news about the forthcoming Big Trouble in Little China release! A definite "ordered!" from me as soon as we hit the 13th smile

I have to say I'm also pleased that _this_ Howarth/Carpenter release is coming from LLL label ;-)
