Actually, I think the Dunbar pop version was not ever actually pressed on a 7" single, so it doesn't qualify.

Yes there was a 45rpm on Epic released in the US, UK and Spain I believe.

Quite right. A quick look at handy-dandy Discogs shows you to be correct.
Which is what I should have done in the first place!

The third cue, Mort de Krylenko (1:55), never appeared on the soundtrack LP of FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE, nor is there any track on the LP with that 1:55 timing.

This is the music for the scene in which Krylenko tries to escape through a secret window in a billboard advertising Call Me Bwana (1963), also produced by Albert R. Broccoli and Harry Saltzman.
