Well not to ruin everyone's joy over GB II but when the image was posted on Facebook a line from The Blob (1988) was posted with the picture.

And it may not even be a clue for an upcoming release, according to the artist himself. All this info can be found on Illustrating The Score's Facebook page.

Yeah that's true, but didn't they include more than one clue in their pictures in past? ;-)

Yup! It's the Blob and Crysis 2 (Which is a cool 16 bucks, by the way)!

The following titles will go up for sale on April 26, 2011 at 1 pm PST

THE BLOB (1988)
Music by Michael Hoenig
LLLCD 1166
Limited Edition of 2000 units
Retail Price: $19.98

Produced by Ford A. Thaxton
Mastered by James Nelson, Digital Outland
Liner Notes by Brian Satterwhite
Art Direction by Mark Banning

As remakes go, Frank Darabont and director Chuck Russell crafted one of the finest reboots to a classic horror movie to date. Along for the ride is composer Michael Hoenig (of Tangerine Dream fame) -- who crafts a spine tingling score to accompany cinema's favorite gelatinous blob of terror. The limited edition cd has been expanded and remastered from the original 1/4 inch elements courtesy of Sony Pictures. This Blob not only creeps and crawls it's melts ever livin' flesh off your body!

The first 100 cds purchased through our website will be signed by the composer at no extra charge.

CRYSIS 2 -- 2 disc set
Main Themes by Hans Zimmer
Music by Borislav Slavov, Tilman Sillescu, Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe
LLLCD 1171
Retail Price: $15.98

Produced by Steve Schnur, Raphaella Lima, and MV Gerhard
Mastered by James Nelson, Digital Outland

Presenting the original score soundtrack to the new EA videogame CRYSIS 2, the sequel to one of the greatest shooter games ever. Renowned Academy-Award Winning composer Hans Zimmer (RANGO, INCEPTION, GLADIATOR, SHERLOCK HOLMES) crafts themes to create a propulsive musical experience, enhancing spectacular gameplay that features futuristic war, gorgeous destruction and the chance to kick alien butt on the grandest stage of all, New York City! It's a powerful, cinematically lush collection of music by composers Borislov Slavov, Tilman Sillescu, Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe. A dynamic stand-alone listen - and a must for gamers, soundtrack enthusiasts and music fans alike.

Artwork, track listing and sound clips will go up next week on our website.

Both titles up for order! I'm liking the Crysis 2 samples a lot.

Next week: MV pre-announces the X-Files 4-Disc Set and SOCOM 4! (that's my prediction, anyway).

I'm not sure what you mean by "I was right". Both titles were previously confirmed as coming out on May 10th by MV and Bear respectively

Just me pretending I could predict the future, for anyone who wasn't paying attention to the clues. smile

The 'forum' button has disappeared from LLL's home page. Probably because the forum site was down and MV mentioned the the site would get an overhaul.

And the new titles will be available in approximately 1 day, 2 hours, and 15 minutes!

Is La La Land releasing any titles for Tuesday, May 31st?

If so, would there be an annoucement today?

If this has been answered if other threads, please forgive the question.

Thanks.

Of the releases MV gave us names for, it's update time:

Debney - Young Riders
Elfman - POTA?
Goldsmith - First Knight
Horner
Howard
Kamen - Die Hard?
Mancina
Newman - (Which Newman?)
Morris - Clue
Poledouris - Breakdown
Portman - Storyteller? (We now know it's canceled until further notice. No word on if this is a different Portman in the works.
Snow - X-Files

Plus, we can now add Goldenthal - Batman Forever to the list. smile

I'm thinking Mancina will end up being Speed since they gave us Speed 2 last year.
