Roger at Intrada has already expressed a strong desire to do more Young Indiana Jones (assuming Varese doesn't hold some sort of perpetuity rights). Since Lucasfilm is owned by Disney now, Intrada would be the label to have access, not LLL.
Yavar
I'am such a big fan of that TV show! And its been many years when Roger expressed that wish in an interview. I suppose once WILLOW happens then the chances of Young Indy from Intrada will be more in accordance. I hope.
If there could be only two episode's scores released at a time, which two would come first if you had you way?
Mine would be Adventures in the "Secret Service" and "Daredevils of the Desert".
My first choice would be the two part episode from the pilot 'The Curse of the Jackal' and "German East Africa, December 1916" Some terrific music from Laurence Rosenthal for the Egypt sequences and also for the Mexico episode. Some epic writing by McNeely for the East Africa episode.
This would make a terrific Box set if the whole series were produced in succession or even a 4 cd set volumes.
Justin good chap, you might want to consider removing your last post, I'm sure you meant well but it it reads like a punch to the gut. And maybe why MV hasn't been back to answer questions in this thread.
btw, with release dates for the next month set, any chance for the monthly flyer or it is not entirely certain if everything will be ready as planned? Any development with Bumblebee - still coming on May 14th or is it getting delayed? Thanks a lot in advance
Too bad... would be great to get Warners to cooperate at least on an official release of LITTLE GIANTS... but now all hope is dimmishing...
Hopefully at least Paramount will continue being cooperative - although soooo slow (see Bumblebee) - and there is perhaps some hope left for a decent release of GEMINI MAN from one of the reliable labels. ;-)
Would love to do Animaniacs some day but things at WB have gotten too pricey so that well may be dry.
Oh no! Does this mean that finishing the orchestral Batman and Superman scores (the latter in particular, since I know they were already up in the air) is now unlikely too?
