Experimental and atmospheric, yet orchestral and thematic, Don Davis’ score is a sci-fi action wonder onto itself. Clocking in at more than 150 minutes, this spectacular 2-CD set was produced by Don Davis, Neil S. Bulk and Dan Goldwasser, mastered by Mike Matessino and is limited to 3500 units. In depth, exclusive liner notes by Tim Greiving feature comments from Mr. Davis and co-composer (on some tracks) Ben Watkins (aka Juno Reactor).

JOBS LLLCD 1271
Music by John Debney

La-La Land Records presents the original motion picture score to the new feature film
JOBS, starring Ashton Kutcher, Josh Gad and Dermot Mulroney, and directed by Joshua Michael Stern. Acclaimed composer John Debney (THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST, SIN CITY, THE ANT BULLY, IRON MAN 2) expertly weaves an evocative blend of musical styles (classical, rock, orchestral, electronic) to buoy this emotionally-charged
telling of Steve Jobs’ fascinating and moving journey from college dropout to one of the most revered entrepreneurs of the 20th century. Produced by John Debney, Mason Cooper, MV Gerhard and Dan Goldwasser and mastered by James Nelson, this is a beautiful and inspirational listen. CD booklet contains comments from the composer and the director.

I actually didn't expect to order Day of the Dead right now because of some other stuff. But when the sample of "Heroes Escape" faded out right during my favorite part, I was compelled to whip out my credit card and order it right away. Haha!

Also finally got Alien: Resurrection as well, to go with my expansions of the first two scores.

Hope to pick up a couple other sale titles before the month is out, too. smile

I totally get your point on that. Other than the fact that I was buying this from the start, that clip fades just at the right moment...i.e. it teases you with one of the most uplifting and exciting musical moments of the film.

Very excited to order this...and Salem's Lot too? Wowzer.

And there is still one more cool 1980's horror score coming this month. It's a nice compliment to Salem's Lot. smile

Psycho 2? Lost Boys? Child's Play 2? Pet Cemetary? It wouldn't be to the awful film A Return to Salem's Lot?

uh, duh, A RETURN TO SALEM'S LOT? Might be considered more an insult than compliment. Dont know the composer Michael Minard.
Some fans were begging for THE SHINING recently...
