It has to be Nemesis, because all star trek scores get locked once Star Trek 2 is released?
I was thinking it more "has to be" Nemesis as once the LLL ST:TOS comes out everyone's CD budget is going to take a significant blow and they might feel Trek'ed out for a while.

Not everyone, I'm not buying the Star Trek TOS boxset, so keep them releases a'coming
I hope we'll see the fourth volume of "The Alfred Hitchcock Hour" featuring Robert Drasnin, Richard Shores and Pete Rugolo and more Lyn Murray!
"Ride the Nightmare" by Richard Shores" "Bonfire" and "I'll be Judge - I'll be Jury" by Pete Rugolo "The Thirsty-First of February" and "The Paragon" by Robert Drasnin "The Magic Shop" by Lyn Murray
I just dont get it..What is it about the "obsession" about the STAR TREK scores. I like them too, but why bother to have another one? I just looked it up there are over 50!!!! different releases of that franchise already!
Who needs them?
I just dont get it ,why people here are asking about the same scores over and over (Jaws,King Kong, you name it) ,instead of hoping for unreleased stuff... There are so many good scores by great but underrated composers yet to be relased...

This keeps coming up in threads but I'm sure it's been said that this hasn't been the case for many, many years.
Hoping that Nemesis will come sooner rather than later but I don't think that the release schedule has anything to do with the new film.
Wonder how many of their in-perp 90's scores will get the deluxe treatment this time around?
Varese announcements used to be an exciting time, and while they do still release some good titles, I'm more excited at seeing what Intrada / LLL / Kritzerland come out with next than Varese. Still they could still surprise me one day.

This thread seems like the perfect opportunity to list them? What's holding you back?
Don't you have your own list of unreleased scores by underrated (or not) composers?
had to copy paste it from other thread I posted in; probability of Varese releasing these: 0,0000001 %
A Nightmare On Elm Street III - Ken Harrison's unreleased cues Children of the Corn III - Daniel Licht Critters 4 - Peter Robinson Exorcist III - Barry Devorzon Ghostbusters 2 - Randy Edelman Nightmares - Craig Safan Ninth Configuration - Barry Devorzon Salem's Lot - Harry Sukman The box - Win Butler & co The Town that Dreaded Sundown - Jaime Mendoza-Nava ...

They're good scores. People like them. The film releases are almost done, why stop now? You don't want them, don't buy them.
Hundreds of scores I'm not interested in come out every year. I never crap on anyone else's joy. A lesson can be learned from that.
'... I think we are all dead before Varese even thinks about releasing it on CD.' Now more than two years later I am fortunately still alive but this gem has still not been released.
I think it will be interesting to see if they'll release LIST OF ADRIAN MESSENGER or did Universal at one point decided that Varese is working to slowly and gave it to another label ?!?

judging from the rest of Moolik's post, he was complaining about the re-releasing of TREK scores (and other available scores while there's so much unreleased scores), not about them being released. NEMESIS has been released. I'm not sure why people expect every label to contribute to releasing or re-releasing all the Trek scores.
