Wow I need to grab some of those before that are gone. The Yakuza first I think. Apologies to SAE who only despatched my last order a few hours ago and a big thanks for the complimentary copy of Prophecy included in the order I just received. Very generous and a lovely surprise.
Its easy to get lost in the freebie deals and low quantities in that blog post, but the most important statement (for me anyways) was this: "FSM CD #248 is almost done and we expect it to be available in mid to late July, a 2CD set....and this one will be of great interest, I am sure! (That's not a hint, it's a fact!)" TEN COMMANDMENTS?
My problem on these deals is which discs to select to make the $150 total. I mean I could do The Ron Jones Box and add Hawaii Five 0 and be done with combinations and permutations. But right now, I'm trying to concentrate on low quantity discs that I want in making up this order. Choices choices...hmmmm....
Delighted with this offer as "Kenner" / "More Than a Miracle" was on my SAE wishlist anyway! Also requested "Dr. Kildare".
There was nothing on the low quantity list I really wanted/didn't have, so went for these to take the order above $100:

...and requested the Dr. Kildare set and the Johnny Mandel threefer (I'm totally unfamiliar with Mandel, but the sound clips on SAE were lovely). This is the most I've spent at once on CDs since FSM's previous freebie promotion for the David Raksin set. At least I'm getting my money's worth...nearly $200 worth of CDs for about half that. I had absolutely no plans spending more money on CD:s until I knew what would come in the LLL Comic Con batch, but...
