That's actually very good. He can write his own stuff with no-one breathing down his neck and forcing him into temp-track. This'll be a phase where the real JH can shine through.

I've lived in Liverpool for about 100 years now and during that time, the closest we ever came to anything film-musicy was when Carl Davis owned the Liverpool Phil. 'Always meant to ask you: are you related to Paul McGann, he of 'Withnail and I' and one of the Dr. Whos et al.? He's from Liverpool, no?

I can only assume they are huge Beatles fans and want an excuse to tour this fine city. Or maybe they love Luis Suarez Maybe they're on a Rex Harrison pilgrimage!

To William. No, no relation to the acting McGann's that I know of. To Mark. I don't know what that means! And I also forgot to add a new work by Michael Nyman (Hillsborough Memorial) that I couldn't make if I wanted to, as I will be in London at the time seeing David Arnold in concert that same weekend. Rex was born in Huyton! Where will the Nyman work be performed? I'm guessing Anfield, or the Anglican. (Not that I can go either, as I'm also going to see David Arnold.)

Holy Danger Motif Batman, an extra date has now been added for the new Horner concerto in Liverpool, on the following night. So, if anyone can't make the Wed 12th date, Thur 13th is up for grabs! Can I get a REWIND!!!

The Thursday night is actually a second concerto that happens to sound exactly the same as the first one. Bloody Horner, plagirising himself!
